I collaborate with Tartanak Software Company as a Full-Stack Developer and Technical Lead, playing a key role in both technical leadership and hands-on development. I lead and mentor junior developers trained by myself or the team, guiding them through architecture, best practices, and delivery to ensure high-quality and maintainable software.
While delegating and supervising development where appropriate, I directly take ownership of complex modules and high-impact projects that require deep technical expertise, contributing extensively to core system architecture, critical implementations, and performance-sensitive components.

At CodeKit Digital Business Agency, I work in a senior full-stack and technical leadership capacity, balancing strategic oversight with direct technical execution. I support and upskill development teams by reviewing architecture, refining implementation approaches, and unblocking complex technical challenges.
In parallel, I remain deeply involved in development, personally handling critical features, complex workflows, and technically demanding projects where precision, scalability, and performance are essential. This dual role allows me to ensure both strong engineering outcomes and continuous team growth across multiple client projects.

FN Logistic, based in Vienna, Austria, required the design and development of a scalable, real-time restaurant management and delivery platform. The system supported customer ordering, low-latency order delivery to restaurants via live sockets, real-time dispatch of approved orders to drivers, and live chat across all roles. The solution included three mobile apps (Driver, Customer, Restaurant), two web apps, and management panels.
I implemented over 90% of the backend, including real-time ordering, live messaging, financial and invoicing systems, and core web services, with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and system reliability, while technically leading the client-side teams.

One of my most impactful experiences was working with the Allameh Helli organization, where we prepared a legacy system—built with tightly coupled Python (Django) and React—for large-scale online exams with thousands of concurrent users. This was a project that previous teams had struggled to maintain and extend, but through strong teamwork we successfully revived and stabilized the platform.
Alongside this, we designed and launched multiple systems including descriptive exams, SSO, a digital book reader, class and financial management, and a VoIP system. The platform is now fully supported by an on-site IT team, and I continue to collaborate with the organization as a technical consultant.

At Saffroncode Company, which provided an SDK for mobile application development, I worked as a web developer responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive reporting system to analyze user usage of applications built with the SDK.
These reports were comparable in quality to analytics platforms used by major companies and played a key role in supporting the company’s continued growth and operations.

My software engineering career began at MTeam, where I joined initially as an intern and later as a web developer. During this time, I played a key role in improving the speed and efficiency of project delivery, contributing to the growth of both the company and myself.
After 1.5 years, I was promoted to Backend Team Lead, and after more than 3 years of continuous work, I concluded my journey at MTeam as the Chief Technical Officer (CTO). My main focus throughout this period was web development using .NET, along with software analysis, design, and implementation.
